My name is Michael Calandra and I am the artist and creator of Famefaces®. In short, I'm in my late twenties and have grown up an avid New York sports fanatic. While creating is my heart, sports in general are my soul and my craft allows me to bring that passion out artistically. I work as a graphic designer by day and I am a big sports enthusiast by night … and my artwork on this site is a direct result of the passion that I have for the game.

Currently I'm working toward getting the permission to sell some of my artwork. Its an ongoing process that will take some time, but it's a goal that I am determined to reach. I also hope to gain some friends in the sports world, build relationships and maybe one day be able to work for a professional sports franchise.

In the meantime, I hope anyone who stumbles across my little site finds it interesting. The best thing about creating is the reaction that you bring about in the process and I hope that what I have started here catches your eye and makes you smile.
